Courso Subscription Plan Types
In Courso, there are currently two types of main paid plans. Both are monthly recurring and charged monthly to the credit card provided. They are month to month contracts with 1 month notice period. The subscriber plans are:
Essentials
Team
Essentials
This Essentails Plan is a single user plan and charged monthly. Suited to individuals creating and managing a smaller amount of content. Some features are restricted or not available in the Essentials Plan.
Upgrading to a Team Plan is simple and can be done anytime under account management and the Plan tab. Simply click the upgrade button and follow the steps.
Essentials Plan features include:
Single user
US$39.90 charged per month / US$478.80 per year
Create unlimited content
Create Themes (up to 5)
Export SCORM (5 downloads per month)
Create & Share Collections (up to 3)
Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Publish links (Public, & Password; 2 links per learning)
15GB *storage
10GB *bandwidth per month

Team Plan
A Team plan starts with 2 seats. That is the minimum number of users charged monthly. Easily add additional users as you grow. All Essentials features are available in the Team Plan plus the following.
Team Plan features include:
Multiple users
US$69.80 per month / min. base plan includes 2 users / $837.60 per year
Each additional user is charged at US$34.90 per month)
Create unlimited content
Create unlimited themes
Create and share collections
Export SCORM
Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Publish unlimited custom links (Public, Password, Email, Domain)
Company Branding
Multiple authors
Manage users
30GB *storage
30GB *bandwidth per month

Adding Additional Team Members
To add a team member (user), as an Admin go to Manage Account and add a new user.
If you are increasing from a base of 2 users to 4 users, your subscription will now increase and will be charged for 4 users each month x $34.90 = US$139.60 per month / 4 users.
Any taxes like GST, or VAT are charged in addition to prices listed above.
All pricing is in US Dollars.
Enterprise Plans
These are only available to larger workplaces and include multiple workspaces and workspace management admin, SSO, and other features.
