What is the Workspace?
The workspace is where all learning is stored. You can find learning created by you and other team members here, easily accessed via the side menu by selecting 'Workspace.'
Users can easily search, filter and change the view of learning in the workspace with just a few simple clicks.
Learning can also be created from the workspace by selecting the purple + icon from the top right of the page.
π₯ Hot Tip: Selecting 'Live' from the status filter will specifically show learning that has published links. Visit this article to learn more about Sharing Links.
You as an Author
All users can filter on learning they've created by selecting 'You as an Author' from the side panel. Tutorials that creators have completed will also display here under you as an author.
Collections
A Collection is a smart container that holds content that has been created. Collections are only available on the Team & Enterprise Plans.
A collection can have custom links published and shared just like indiviudal items except the share is the collection via a single link. All link types are available.
A Collection has:
Name - the name of the collection.
Blurb (Description) - this describes and appears in the hero and any share.
Poster - which is represented as a circluar image in the Workspace and on shares.
Logo - this can display on shared pages. For example you may wish to display the client logo instead of your company logo
Default Author - every new template used to create an experience will use this author as its default.
Default Theme - every experience built from the collection will default to this theme.
