About Publishing Links
To share a custom link, you first create one - when it's created it is a Live link to share. Creators create, publish, and share from the learning page.
Under the Publish tab are four types of links creators can choose from to start sharing:
1. Public: These allow anyone to view the learning content.
2. Password Protected: These require learners to enter a password on a splash page before accessing the learning content.
3. Email: This link type allows users to send the learning content directly to multiple recipients via email.
4. Domain: These links require users to be on a specific domain to access the learning content.
Each link type offers different levels of access and security, allowing creators to tailor their course sharing to their audience's needs.
Deep Links
You can also create deep links targeting a layout, or page of a menu item.
ποΈ Note: You are not able to deep link when Tracking is set to Block Tracking.
Below, we are targeting a layout shown in the menu. This means when a receiver clicks the Public link, it will navigate directly to the page with the layout 'Bringing it all together'. For this default template [multi page], the BOLD CAPS shown in the dropdown reflect Sections, then page, then layout.
