Accessing your account
Your account can be accessed from the bottom left menu. The account page displays four tabs. They are:
Plan
Users
Authors (Team Plan only)
Account Details
Plan
This displays the plan type for your account. In the attached we can see this account has a subscription to a Team Monthly plan.
Users
Users are members in the plan. All members added will appear here. All users are charged as a seat. In a Team Plan you start with and pay for a minimum of 3 team members. Each member after three you add you will be charged for another seat per month they exist.
Authors
In a Team Plan, every user is shown as an Internal Author. However, you can also add External Authors and you can assign any author to the learning. The external author can also have it's own avatar eg a logo. As an example, in the learning you may want the author to be displayed as 'Developed by Harvee'. The name 'Developed by Harvee' is an external author and is not a user and therefore not charged as a user either. To change the author, go to the learning details page. There, you change the author in the Details tab of a learning and then save the change.
When a User is removed/deleted they are automatically shown as an External Author under the Authors tab. This helps for any learning they may have created as it will still have their name associated and displayed on the learning card, in the workspace, and in the learning itself. You can change the author at the learning under the Details tab and you can remove the external learner if you prefer too. Lots of flexibility.
Account Details
This is where your company details and company logo appear. A company logo can only be added to a Team plan.
